The GratMaxx is suitable for deburring cut edges on round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, solid materials and profiles of all kinds.
Materials: steel hard or soft, non-ferrous metals, plastics
Workflow: after adjusting the workpiece support and the lateral stops, the burr-shaped workpiece is held lightly against the brush, which rotates on its own axis without rotating the workpiece. This movement is also made by the brush.
Contact pressure and contact duration, usually approx. 1-5 seconds, are determined by the workpiece material and the burr thickness as well as the desired edge rounding.
3 KW of power processes the burr on your workpieces.
With the adjustable workpiece stops, the angular stop and the height-adjustable workpiece support, fine adjustments can be made.
The open work area offers easy access. And the cantilever mounted brush spindle allows a quick and easy brush change.
