Previous centreless brush deburring of rotationally symmetrical parts (such as hydraulic control pistons, hydraulic control slides and valve parts) was neither reliable nor fully automated. This newly developed brush diameter measuring device ensures absolutely reliable series operation. The frequency of the brush diameter measuring process is fully programmable and the wear adjustment is fully automatic. This enables integration into fully automated production lines.
