Milling & Turning

Our areas of expertise include CNC turning and milling. We operate in this area using state-of-the-art machines and optimised procedures. Feucht has several turning and milling centres that also enable automatic loading and unloading.

The milling process in our company is carried out by 3, 4 and 5 axis machining centres.

This enables us to carry out work in the following dimensions: X 4000 - Y 900 - Z 900 mm.

Combining speed and accuracy without sacrificing quality, we produce and develop complete assemblies.

Laser Inscription

In our factory we can laser mark parts made from all standard materials and substances. Feucht's state of the art equipment has recently been enhanced with the addition of a Trumpf TruMark Station 7000. In conjunction with the TruMark 3130 marking laser, it enables parts of up to 1000mm (B), 500mm (T) and 400mm (H) to be marked by laser.

The maximum total weight per workpiece is 25 kg. Round parts can also be marked by means of a rotary axis.

Design

Before the product can be manufactured in the factory, it has to be designed. We work with state-of-the-art high-end CAD software and can thus guarantee efficient 2D and 3D design.

We develop special equipment based on our experience and the latest technology. Close cooperation with the customer and our unique know-how mean we don't have to reinvent the wheel every time. Result? Optimal outcomes every time.

Project Planning

Our methodical approach in planning ensures the optimal interaction of people, technology, organisation and information. Through the precise definition of time- and goal-specific processes, our production processes are fully controllable. By continuously monitoring system status, we ensure target deviations are detected immediately and can be corrected in time before reserves are depleted and before compliance with output chains is jeopardised.
